1. How Quicc delivers services

Quicc is a marketplace operated by Quicc Technologies (OPC) Private Limited that connects people who need a task done with people who can do it. Quicc does not sell or ship physical products from its own inventory.

This Shipping Policy explains how task fulfilment is arranged, including tasks involving a pickup or delivery. Read it together with our Terms of Service.

2. Task location and delivery arrangements

The Poster and Doer agree on the work, location, date, time and price in the task conversation and final proposal. For remote work, agree on what will be submitted and how it will be delivered. For a pickup or delivery task, agree on the collection point, destination, items and any handling requirements before starting.

Availability depends on the location, the task requirements and a Doer accepting the arrangement. Quicc does not provide a platform-wide courier service, standard shipping charge or guaranteed delivery area. Any agreed pickup or delivery service charge should be clear in the proposal before payment.

3. Fulfilment timelines and completion

There is no single delivery timeline for all tasks. The agreed task or milestone schedule determines when work is due. Payment alone does not mean a task has been completed or an item has been delivered.

A task can use a full payment or two milestones. The Doer submits the completed work through Quicc, and the Poster reviews it and confirms completion in the app, which releases the Doer’s payment. For milestone work, the next milestone becomes payable after the first is completed.

4. Delays or problems with delivery

If the agreed time or location needs to change, communicate promptly in the task conversation and agree on the revised arrangement. If the work or delivery is incomplete or does not match the proposal, raise the issue before approving completion.

For unresolved delays, missing deliveries or disputed work, use Help & Support in your account or email support@quicc.app with the task reference and relevant details. Eligible paid tasks can use the cancellation and dispute process described in our Cancellation and Refunds policy.
